Dec 1st 2023. Knitting Factory Records are proud to release the sixth installment of the much anticipated vinyl reissues from the Fela Kuti catalog. Vinyl Box #6 was curated by actor, producer, DJ, rapper and singer, Idris Elba aka DJ Big Driis.

Vinyl Box #5 was co-curated by Fela's son, world-renowned multi-instrumentalist and Afrobeat ambassador, Femi Kuti, and Chris Martin.

SHRINKWRAP HAS COME OFF. 3-CD/2-LP Super Deluxe Edition Includes A Newly Remastered Version Of The Classic Double Live Album With More Than An Hour Of Unreleased Live Music, Plus Unreleased Demos For “Fireflies” And “One More Night” On Bonus 7-Inch Vinyl.

This deluxe, expanded book-pack edition of the album will feature the original UK tracklisting, plus four bonus tracks; all mastered at half speed for dynamic range, and with the vinyl 2 LP version being pressed on 180g audiophile black vinyl.

Featuring newly remastered audio by Billy Bush & Butch Vig, this deluxe edition includes Beautiful Garbage on 2 x 180g Black Vinyl, as well as a 12" 180g of B-Sides and memorabilia.

This new 4LP set represents the first time a career-encompassing Genesis collection has been made available on vinyl.

8 LPs on 180-gram vinyl collects 70 tracks, including 47 (42 previously unreleased) demo recordings, session outtakes, and studio jams. Slipcase packaging contains a 60-page scrapbook by Olivia Harrison and a replica of the original album poster.

This stunning deluxe set features Older on double 180g vinyl remastered from original tapes plus Upper, available on vinyl for the first time. It also includes 5 CDs, 3 x 12”x12” art prints and a 12”x12” 48 page book!

The Dead outdid even their own lofty standards by producing a 3 LP masterpiece that to this day is considered one of the finest live albums ever produced. Remastered from the original analog tapes, the album has never sounded better.

This 25th Anniversary Edition includes the original album, one disc of previously unreleased Nimrod demos, and a live set from Philadelphia recorded one month after Nimrod was released.
