November 17th 2023. "Am I Not Your Girl?" was released in September 1992 and features Sinéad performing a collection of songs that she had grown up listening to and which had inspired her to become a singer.

The album remains a high point in Sinéad O'Connor's catalogue and is frequently cited as one of the best albums of the 1980s.
