Celebrate the 20th anniversary of the indie cult classic film, Napoleon Dynamite. The Napoleon Dynamite soundtrack works within the same mix of awkward and sweet that typifies the film. It also takes a page from the Rushmore soundtrack by sequencing composer John Swihart's suitably quirky score amidst the handful of indie pop and 1980s jams that anchor the set.
This soundtrack features the original score, some key dialogue, and plenty songs featured in the movie like 80s synth-pop tracks: Alphaville’s “Forever Young,” Yaz’s “Only You,” and "When in Rome’s “The Promise”. Also includes the song from the iconic dance scene, "Canned Heat" by Jamiroquai. Gosh!
