Lakeshore Records is set to release two versions of Fallout: Soothing Sounds of the Apocalypse-a 12-song collection of hits from the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s on distinctive colored vinyl. The songs by artists including Johnny Cash, Nat King Cole, The Ink Spots, Perry Como, Ella Fitzgerald and more provided a strikingly nostalgic counterpoint to the harsh end of times environment of the Amazon original series. 

Based on one of the greatest video game series of all time, Fallout is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have. Two-hundred years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind—and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird, and highly violent universe waiting for them.
