Limited Edition Anniversary Burgundy Red 2LP
New anniversary edition of k-os album ‘Joyful Rebellion’ now re-named “Joyful Rebel Lion+”, as that was the original album title k-os had wanted to call it! This new + Edition follows the recently released ‘Atlantis +’ ‘Joyful Rebellion’, k-os second album, was originally released on August 13, 2004, in Canada, September 21, 20024, United States and globally. The album reached Platinum status in Canada and featured a total of six singles including the international hit “Crabbuckit", "B-Boy Stance", "Man I Used to Be", "The Love Song", "Crucial" and "Dirty Water". "Crabbuckit" was also awarded "Best Pop Video" at the annual MuchMusic Video Awards along with "Best Songwriter" and "Fan Choice Award" at the 2005 Canadian Urban Music Awards. This new + edition includes 4 Bonus tracks including a previously un-released track and lead single “Same Oley!” along with a rare previously released cover version of The Police track “The Bed’s Too Big Without You (Radio Edit)”, this is an unreleased mix of the track that was previously released as a track bonus included on the “Crabbuckit” CD-single. Also included is a an Acappella version of “Neutroniks” and a previously released track “Funky Country (Drive With Her To The Yukon).
